I have been diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and have always had a problem keeping my TSH levels stable. I have never really truly felt “good” either. My treatment and overall experience with Dr. Julia has changed that. When working on finding the cause of my underactive thyroid as well as a treatment, I opted to try exosome therapy. After about 6 months of treatment, I really feel like my body is on the mend. I feel GREAT in general. I am noticing more positivity in my mood. My body doesn’t hurt even after exercise. Energy levels are up. I cannot say enough about how awesome Dr. Julia Stevens is. When you first meet her and see her every time, she greets you with a warm smile. She is very welcoming, open, friendly, and nonjudgmental. She treats you like a person and listens to what you have to say. Even more than that, she asks you about how you are doing and any health concerns you may have. You can tell she really cares about her patients. It is easy to see that she works very hard at making sure she finds the right cure/remedy for you. I can not recommend her and her services enough.
We reached out to Dr. Julia when we were already scheduled for an amputation of my left Knee. I had been dealing with an infection from a bad surgery, and it had been many months, and my doctor mentioned that if it doesnt turn around, we may be looking at amputation. My wife worked with Dr. Stevens years back, and wondered if there was anything else we could do, what there opinion was. Doctor suggested this new approach, and I went for it. I came back a couple of days later, and got the shot. It was easy to get in the office, at first my knee felt like it was full of ice picks for two days, then it all calmed down. Swelling went way down, redness was way down, I began to be able to put a little more weight on my leg. I was sleeping better at night, and I could tell I was getting better. I had my follow up with my primary care the following week, who was pleased. No more talk about amputation, and at my next bloodwork round, I was able to come off of some of my diabetes medications. I was in a bad way, and I’m thankful to be walking. Now, it’s been almost a year, and it’s still good. No complaints here.
After receiving the treatment, I felt pretty normal. Last night, at the end of the day I realized I had gotten a lot done. I felt motivated and efficient. Today, I feel normal again, and in the past I’d be wiped out from such a big day. I am really looking forward to the days ahead.
I just got back from my primary doctor’s and they took me off of my insulin … my blood work is completely normal! Dr. congratulated me for eating better, but honestly I haven’t changed how I eat. I have been eating better for 4 years trying to get off insulin. Thank you, I am so blessed to know my body is working better. And my knees and shoulders aren’t aching like they were.
I have to tell you, I looked at the mirror today and those big ugly age spots are almost gone, and that is not my imagination. My eyes aren’t as puffy, and my skin is smoother. My friend noticed too.
I am so thankful. Just now realized I am 70 years old and still live in a world that I can relate to. I feel like I am back to my 100% for mental and physical health, and I can enjoy life like I did when I was young.
