A few common questions

Do I have to start here, or with a specific program?
No. The Spokane Studio, the Village, and Foundational Terrain Mapping are parallel doors — you can begin wherever fits. If you're new to in-person care, Foundational Terrain Mapping is the natural first visit.
Where exactly are you, and how do I get in?
We're in historic Marycliff Hall at 707 W 7th Avenue, Suite 292, Spokane, WA 99204. Parking is free, with the lot just south of the building the most convenient. Enter through the Main (west) entrance — Suite 292 is on the main floor — and we'll send you a door code once you've scheduled.
What happens at a first visit?
We spend unhurried time understanding your health history, your stresses, and what your body seems to be prioritizing right now — and then map a personalized starting point together. It's a conversation and an assessment, not a rushed appointment.
Do you take insurance?
Payment is due at the time of service, and a superbill is supplied on request for you to submit to your insurer. We are not contracted with any third-party payors. For anything time-sensitive or urgent, please seek emergency care — this is not a substitute for emergency or primary care.

Come be tended in person.

If in-person care feels right, Foundational Terrain Mapping is the place to begin — and everything else grows from there.
