In-person services
Simple, considered care — priced plainly.
A few clear ways to work together in person. Where to begin depends on your terrain; if you're new, Foundational Terrain Mapping is the natural first visit.
Foundational Terrain Mapping
Your first in-person visit — a whole-person look at your health history, stresses, and your body's current priorities.
Terrain Follow-Up
Ongoing in-person care for established clients as your plan evolves.
Terrain Follow-Up + Structural Integration
A follow-up paired with hands-on structural bodywork in one visit.
Structural Integration series
An integrated, hands-on series of three visits for clients already under care — not standalone sessions. Craniosacral-informed work that supports how your body holds and moves.
Structural Integration is offered as part of ongoing care after Foundational Terrain Mapping. It supports comfort and structural balance and is not a treatment for any specific condition.
