The Terrain Method
Modalities We May Use
These are some of the tools Dr. Julia may draw on within your personalized plan — chosen to fit your terrain and your season, never picked from a menu. The method comes first; the tools serve it.
Tools, not identity
The method comes first. The tools serve it.
Not everyone needs every tool. After we understand your terrain, Dr. Julia selects only what fits — one layer at a time, at a pace your body can integrate. Here are some of the modalities she may use.
Constitutional Homeopathy
Individualized remedies chosen to match your whole picture rather than a single symptom. Gentle, personalized, and used as one supportive layer within your plan.
BioWell / Biofield Assessment
A non-invasive tool that helps map patterns of stress and energy across your system. It is a mapping aid we may use to inform care — not a diagnostic test.
Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM)
A very low-level microcurrent technique that may be used as one hands-on, supportive tool during in-person care at the Spokane Studio.
IV & Injectable Nutrients
Targeted nutrients delivered by IV or injection when clinically appropriate and prescribed, as one part of a broader terrain plan.
Peptides
Clinician-selected peptides may be considered within your individualized plan when appropriate, and only under clinical guidance.
MSC Exosomes
An area of active research we may discuss as one possible tool. We review the current evidence, limitations, and regulatory status with you before any use — never as a shortcut or a stand-alone offer.
A note on exosomes. Exosome products are not approved by the FDA and are considered investigational. We do not offer them as a stand-alone treatment or make claims about specific outcomes, timelines, or diseases. Any discussion happens within your personalized plan, with current evidence and limitations shared openly.
Modalities are one layer of care — not the whole of it, and not a guarantee of any particular result. They work inside the terrain method and the six pillars, alongside foundational changes in nutrition, environment, nervous-system support, and more. This page is an overview, not a full catalog; what fits you is decided together.
Not sure where to begin? Start with your terrain.
The clearest first step is a Foundational Terrain Mapping visit — where we understand your body's priorities and decide, together, which tools (if any) belong in your plan.
Terrain Therapy provides naturopathic care, education, and functional testing. The tools described here are used selectively and only when clinically appropriate; they are not guaranteed treatments and do not replace emergency care or a primary-care physician. Telehealth is available only where our clinicians are licensed (currently Washington and Idaho); in-person care is provided at the Spokane Studio.
