Two ways to begin care
Choose the way in that fits you.
There's no required ladder here — you begin where it feels right. Both paths start with truly understanding your terrain.
One-to-one
Foundational Terrain Mapping
Your first visit — an unhurried, whole-person mapping of your health, where we find your body's priorities and build a personalized plan. You leave understanding your body and holding your next steps.
Guided group care
The Village
Five months of guided, seasonal care in a small group — functional testing, a personalized plan from Dr. Julia, live classes, and steady support, by telehealth in Washington and Idaho.
The Terrain Therapy method
We tend the whole terrain — not one symptom.
Your health is a living landscape. Rather than chase a single symptom, we tend the conditions your body needs across six pillars — one layer at a time, at a pace your body can integrate.
What we believe
Human over plastic.
We choose real, full, living care over a synthetic, one-size-fits-all model. Humans are special, and deserve to be treated that way.
Human over plastic
Real, whole-person care — never a mass-produced protocol. You're a person, not a template.
Your autonomy
We support your choice and your agency. You stay in the driver's seat of your own health, always.
Your own best caretaker
Your body's ability to heal is built into human design — and learning to support it is a path you can trust.
Meet your physician
Dr. Julia Stevens, ND
Naturopathic physician, founder of Terrain Therapy, and the person who will walk your terrain with you. Her whole approach begins from one belief: your body is brilliant, and it's always trying to get better.
